Hi Paul it’s been kinda quiet around here since the new meds became available starting in 2014 and so many of us are now cured. I treated with Harvoni. Hopefully someone will chime in who did treat with Vosevi. You could try searching the forum for posts about Vosevi so see what others experienced.

But anyway just wanted to bid you welcome and best of luck on your journey

Thanks for the reply. Yes I was treated with 8 weeks of Harvoni and never got to undetectable, so not sure I'd call it relapse lol. First day day on Vosevi and no side effects at all, hope this continues this way. Take care be safe

I do have more faith in this one, with the 8 week Harvoni treatment  I was approved for 12 weeks but doctor thought 8 week . Long story but wasn't  a happy camper and thought the doctor was more into seeing if the  8 week would work and not what was best for me. I'll beat it this time

Yes, I relapsed after 24 weeks on Harvoni, but Vosevi did the trick.

Probably infected 1969. Diagnosed 2006. Genotype 1b.
Daclatasvir/ Asunaprevir 2013:relapse
Harvoni 24 weeks 2015:relapse
sofosbuvir, velpatisvir, voxillaprevir  trial started on drug 7/16. Viral load 890,000 approx. F2. Undetected after week 1.
12 week SVR achieved Jan 2017.
SVR 24 achieved April 2017 !

Hi from Texas.  I have 12 days left of vosevi.  i completed Mayvrett 2 years ago and relapsed.  Undetectable right now with the vosevi.  I have done pretty good with it other than the extreme fatigue...  i just push through and look at the light at the end of the tunnell.  God bless you all and good luck!!  #wedorecover

Hi gr8in Tx

I treated a total of 5 times. Three with the old interferon based regimens. I was a null responder to those no change in viral load.

When the new DAA’s were first approved I treated with Sovaldi and Olysio off label usage for 12 weeks but I was found to have relapsed 12 weeks after finishing treatment. Then Harvoni was approved in October 2014. My Dr prescribed me 24 weeks of Harvoni with Ribavirin. That was my last treatment I was finally cured.

Long way of saying if I can be cured I’m very confident you will be too. As Jack says please check back and let us know your 12 weeks post treatment results that’s the one for all the marbles!

Good luck!
