I know this is a few months old but no one answered. Anything very high fiber is good and 100% whole wheat.
 Now with that said I would watch my carb intake. Seems like having heb c seems to play with peoples blood sugars and many come down with diabetes, especially on interferon. Stay away from sugary cereals.
