Fatigue and no energy
« on: September 12, 2014, 08:35:23 am »
Ok, I am starting my 9th week and still un-dectable YEA.
I am still so tired and sleep a lot and of course no energy, is this just something that will go away in time or am I just lazy?

Hi i just started week  7 today   S/R noticed last week much more fatigue then weeks before. I feel like the blob at some points. Body feels really heavy and no get up and go.  Last blood labs were on 8/29.  Thinking more water??

Forcing yourself to do some form of exercise is recommended. Sometimes not easy but worth it. I am on sol/riba and when I force myself to do some cardio at the gym I immediately feel the difference. I am 10 weeks into a 24 week treatment. It is getting kind of old, but getting rid of the virus is all that counts.

Crysmel,  I feel the same way. I have no energy at all. I know that house work isn't a big deal to some people but it is to me. Yesterday I couldn't budge.

Thanks all, I have been drinking more water, I guess I should factor in my age 72 and I have had the virus over 50 years.  I just get so tired I have to sleep.  I do try to walk everyday. Not far but better than nothing.
