Two weeks on Olysio/Sovaldi -- Undetectable!
« on: September 12, 2014, 03:47:47 pm »
Just got my two week blood results back. Went from a 1.8 million VL to UD on this combo. I hope this excites those who have yet to start treatment. Also, I'm HIV positive. Typically our success rate is lower than those who mono-infected. The only side effects I've noticed was being tired from time to time. I also had minor headaches during the first week. However, I noticed with I up'd my water consumption they all went away :-)

Great news. I'm six weeks on the same treatment. mild side effects - water helps for sure. I was non det at two weeks too!!  amazing drugs. I have so much respect for the Italian who invented Sovaldi - it is a neat story if you have time to research him

I'm on Olysio and Solvaldi.  If you can get this-do it!
I went from 5 million viral load to 50 in 5 days!  I'm on a 12 week regimen. As of now I am completely clear and have 28 days to go.  Absolutely no side effects!  My insurance is covering it bit I had to prod my doctor a bit to prescribe it.  I guess it is a bit of a hassle for them to submit the prescription.  The doc needa to refer to the "Cosmos" study when submitting.  I took tje interferon and ribovarin treatment and it just about killed me.  I highly recommend the Olysio and Solvadi treatment with no other drugs. It is a miracle!
