This is so exciting and gives me so much hope for the future. It is unbelievable how fast they are moving in this area. Just a couple of days ago my doctor was reminding me that even if I am cured soon that I will still have the cirrhosis. I know the liver can regenerate tissue but this sounds like they can not only speed up the process but also it gives more of us a better fighting chance. Since I can't have a liver transplant due to my age I am thrilled to hear they are already in trials. Hope they bring trials to the U.S.

It appears that again Europe is ahead of the U.S. in medical research.
