Can we donate unused Sovaldi and Olysio?
« on: November 29, 2014, 12:17:16 am »
Hi All,

I know this is something that is really unusual but there is a huge possibility I will have 4 weeks (maybe a little less) of S/O because my doctor is working to switch me to Harvoni due to my rash and itching issues.

We have tried all normal ways to deal with it and it's getting worse instead of better and he feels enough is enough and let's move to Harvoni especially based upon the latest FDA information regarding treatment recommendations. I quality for either 24 week of Sovaldi/Olysio combo or 12 weeks of Harvoni. Since they have already sent me the last bottle of S/O for the approved 12 weeks their option is 12 more S/O or 12 weeks of Harvoni.

Should be really interesting to see how this plays out.

~Mel~

P.S. Can our moderators add words to the dictionary like Sovaldi, Olysio and Harvoni? Please??
