just 7 pills to go
« on: January 29, 2015, 02:38:22 am »
Started harvoni on Dec. 12 and by week 3 was undetectable.  Very few side effects, including elevated BP, but all easy to deal with.  Now on the countdown with 7 pills to go (8-wk treatment).  Will have next labs the week after I finish.  Glad I waited for treatment!  Thinking harvoni may be the gateway to our miracle!

60 yr old female
genotype 1, no prior treatment
diagnosed 2008
VL always below 1M
ALT/AST always normal
no cirrhosis
no alcohol since diagnosis
spent the first year waiting to die, then slowly started to pull out
