Hi Mike,  A healthy diet, fruits, vegetables, limit red meat. Organic milk and eggs. Try to eat organic if you can. Everything in moderation. Course I have a sweet tooth so dark chocolate is really good for you! An adequate amount of spring water a day. Good luck with everything, it will go really fast. I did 12 weeks Harvoni and now tested negative, virus undetectable, liver enzymes and platelets back to normal. Have a great day!    Karen

I Mike, today I'm 2 weeks in with Harvoni! So far little to no side effects. I go for my 4 weeks labs next week, so we'll see! I know it's a week early but that is what the doctor ordered. I feel good, I just hope it's working. I have read good reviews about it. It's supposed to be up to 98% success rate! Good luck to you!
