It would be very rare to find 12 wk post treatment relapse after a 4 wk post treatment test yield Undetected.   Lets face it.. Relapse is very rare with Harvoni anyway.. But even more so after a 4 wk or 8 wk post treatment Und result, for instance.. However, if youre saying there was no post treatment test in these cases prior to the 12  wk SVR check, then they really cant be called 12 wk post treatment relapses .. Could have been a 1 wk post treatment relapse, or any duration between EOT and 12 wks post treatment!   Its very important to be quite precise with the terms used here and the implications they present.  Plus which, there are many folks who test low level detected at EOT, 4 wks post, and even 8 wks post, who wind up resolving to SVR at 12 wks..  In other words, in my case, for example, I was detected 29 at EOT, and still detected at 7.5 wks post treament although the value had fallen from 29 to < 12 (LLOQ).   I thought I had failed.. If you had just read that result, would you have thought it to be a treatment failure?  I would have.  Then, at 11wks post treatment, finally tested UND.  .. So, clear cut messaging is crucial when discussing relapse especially with these 'new' drugs.
