Hep c requires blood to blood transmission. Even if you drank hep c infected blood you would be a almost zero risk of contracting hep c in that way. There are no known reports I am aware of of someone catching hep c from oral sex even with blood possibly involved.

even in the case of a health care worker who experiences an accidental needle stick involving a patient with know hep c the odds of transmission are around 1.2 % so your odds are proportionately that much lower.

I would not worry about it. If you continue to have concerns you can have the hep c antibody test in 6 months if you need to ease your mind about this incident

Agreed. I am not a doctor, but my understanding is that HCV is broken down by the stomach if ingested. As was said above, it is blood to blood transmission
There would be a slight risk if you had a cut on your mouth, but that would be the only way. And it would be a miniscule risk.
Perhaps you could get tested to put your mind at rest.
But I wouldnt stress about this too much.

Nicola
