Yes indeed it is so nice to read the good news from others who get the result: undetectable!!!!!!
What I find so strange is that I still cannot feel the happiness about this great news.... It feels like it isn't real yet, I cannot feel that is is real..And that makes me feel kind of strange. Like it hasn't landed yet.
Maybe because of the Harvoni, I am not feeling like myself and I cannot relax. I hope dat will become better again after treatment (27 december last day).

I think for many of us, the notion of being cured - and so quickly and simply after living with this virus for decades - is quite hard to process. I think the processing of that new reality and all that it will mean for us takes a very long time. I basically felt numb at each "undetected" result I received. I didn't feel anything at all by this news that should have been the most important news of my life. At a rational/logical level, I am delighted. But at an emotional level, it still has not sunk in.

Mady,
I'm 15 weeks today and I still feel nothing. I need to have EIT 12 week post I think. I'm not a pessimist normally, but I am cautious about this. Yes Kim, it's hard too process after 35 years  of being HCV positive! Surreal. Cal :)

Good morning everyone.I think part of the problem is that we feel a bit chained by the treatment. As long as we're on it and having to take the meds every day we still feel like we have it mentally, and I think it may be like that until we get the meds out of our systems and we get to SVR12.Once the meds clear and we start really feeling better I think it will hit us.That's just my opinion.I'm not a shrink but I am a head case so take it for what it's worth. 8)
