Having looked at the sig files of a lot of Hep Forum members, my impression is that ASTs and ALTs seem to continue to drop unless they were already very low to begin with. The other thing to keep in mind is that values not much over the top of the normal range tend not to trouble doctors; during the years when I was waiting for a safe-for-me Hep C treatment while my ALT and AST were climbing, my GP said he wouldn't worry unless they surpassed five times normal. Our RN moderator Lucinda Porter had an ALT of over 18,000 (http://forums.hepmag.com/index.php?topic=3615.msg34207#msg34207), yet she got cured and is fine. Your liver is already much better off than it was before treatment began.

Congratulations on the UD Jag.I wouldn't worry too much about the ALT and AST.Your liver just cleared a major infection so let it do some healing. :)

As you can see in my dig, my alt dropped from 130ish to 14 by the 3rd month after treatment. Ast dropped from 180ish to 22. They dropped throughout treatment. I think this will be as low as they go.

I think they look great.
