Thanks for the welcome Beto!  I was told I would die if I didn't go on treatment.  So cool you know Lloyd!  So very happy for you!  Else mentioned not to get discouraged if I don't feel well after completing the 12 wks of therapy, as I feel pretty good-day five today.  A Marathon, wow!  I run a treadmill, lol.  Actually, I lean over it with both arms, but I do it.  Almost every day with a lot of good music!  I have a bad back. My arms have never looked better as they take the brunt of it.  Ha.  So glad I found this Forum. You guys are terrific!
