Hello to all of My extended family and tribe members of Heplandia! Hope this post finds everyone in good health and spirits ;D
It has been pretty hectic since My last post. What with all the Dr., Dentist , Chiropractor , and PT visits plus Inventory prep at work there hasn't been much down time. Getting back into the swing of things as far as housework and yard work and all that entails by Myself has been an adventure in itself. :o :P
Anyway, I seem to be getting better ever so slowly Thank Goodness. Still having issues with joint pain in My hands , neck , lower back , and legs though. Overall health and blood pressure have been doing great. I have noticed an increase in My resting heart rate when monitoring blood pressure twice a day. Have not had a Migraine in over a month (knock on wood) :).
The tinnitus in My left ear refuses to go away , which although annoying , is not a problem. Getting a little hard of hearing anyway. :) Hair is still coming out alot faster than I would like.
But like I said ,overall doing pretty good for a 60 year old fart who put himself through the wringer over the years! ::) :-X ;)
I turned 60 today and am still smelling the flowers instead of the roots so I am fine with that. :)
Here is to all of My forum friends out there around the World in Heplandia!

Happy birthday Tommy. Like Gnatty, I'm going to file that one away and trot it out at every birthday. Priceless. Glad to hear progress is positive albeit slow. I'm trapped in renovation hell at the moment - it's crazy! I haven't had a working kitchen for well over a month. Soon, soon, soon ...

Good to hear from you Tommy! Glad to know things are improving slowly but surely. And guess what? We're birthday buddies!!! I am 62 today. Not smelling any roots yet, either. ;)

Why , thank you ladies! Thought I would check in before going to the Internist for more test results. Just killing time before I leave.
Philadelphia , Renovation hell is putting it mildly it seems. A couple of years ago , we had to reschedule T-giving because kitchen was torn up and counter top material was on back order. Luckily , it was finished before X-mas so there wasn't any shootings or beatings for the contractors! ;D
Kim , Birthday buddies! :) Who woulda thunk it? ???

Gnatty , pilfer away! there is more where that came from!

Well Inhabitants of Heplandia , here I am one year post Tx.! Still undetected ,AST 21 , ALT 28 . Still some glitches with white blood cell count , absolute lymphocytes , carbon dioxide , and glucose all being above normal range. Still having some issues with neck , as well as hands , feet , hips and lower back still. Overall , stamina has improved pretty good. Although fatigue mid to late afternoon still remains. Eye sight seems to be getting worse as I have to use the old readers more and more. Time to schedule an eye doctor visit. After all , it is hell getting old! >:( >:( I also have upcoming Urologist referral next week and Dentist appt. the week after for a crown. I hope I have the funds to cover them all. :-\ :-X :-[ ::) :o :( >:( ( Do Ya'll think that is enough emojis? )
Celebrated with a couple of days off work to relax and went out to West Texas for the first time in two Years. A lot of driving and work actually , but the benefit of physical activity , cleaning up and mowing the camp site , and getting away for little while was nice. Then there is the peace and quiet , a campfire and the moon and stars at night . Not a single soul for two days to mess with Me!
AND WE ARE BACK TO REALITY!!!Cash flow is now an issue with all the Docs , Labs , and bills related to a separation . Oh Well , life goes on. Shit happens and I have the tee shirts to prove it , LOL :o! ::) :P . I will take the small improvements along with the set backs as they come! ;)

Hope this post finds everyone well and improving around the globe in Heplandia.

Tommy, glad you finally got to take that trip, even if it was for only a couple of days. Sorry to be slow to respond; have been mired in paperwork concerning my 94yo mom, but can now come up for air. The bulk of my remodel is done Tommy and looks pretty awesome. Now it's putting the paintings back on the walls and all those fiddle decoratey things I am left with. One day it'll be finished!
