Hello, I need your help again. So now I am 5 months after relapsed. To remind you. F1, 1b, Relapsed 4 weeks  after EOT  Viekira+Exviera (12 weeks) in December. Now viral load 24000

mutation L31M confirmed to be present,

Y93H NOT PRESENT in referral sequence AY045702 for genotype 1b

In region NS3 I have no mutations D168A/F/H/N/Y/V. And not possible to estimate Y56h (too small viral load, or genotype different than 1b….

WHAT ARE OPTIONS FOR ME NOW? Is there something coming from Abbvie? Any ideas when can I be treated.
Do you know something about those mutations, what  for and how long to wait?

Are you seeing a doctor who has connections with clinical trials maybe a teaching hospital with a liver department? They would be up to speed on the latest and greatest and could best advise you where to go from here.

Might even be able to get you into a clinical trial with the newest meds that are still in the pipeline.

Fortunately you are still F1 so you do have the luxury of time.

Hopefully others will have ideas about new meds but I think a  medical expert is your best chance.

Gileads SOF/VEL GS-9857 worked for me during a clinical trial study. Should be approved within a year. I relapsed Harvoni and was was resistant with mutations. One pill a day for 12 weeks with minor SE. Good luck.
