Good Morning Mary,
Is your mother under the care of a Doctor who prescribed the treatment? If she is, forward your questions that doctor. For the most part, the doctor will usually have your mother complete some or all of the tests on your list. Don't be afraid to ask questions to your doctor. The better she is informed about the details of treatment, the less stress she may have. Stress is the one thing your mother needs to avoid.
My liver is cirrhotic and I was only given the 12 wk treatment. I was given viral load before and two weeks into treatment, one wk after treatment, then 12 wk and 24 wk after treatment.
Have confidence your mother will be free of the virus. Harvoni is good stuff.

Whatever tests her doctor is requesting.

Also on treatment viral load testing means very little the only viral load test of importance is the 12 weeks after treatment has ended that is the test to show the treatment has worked and the person is cured.

Personally in my non medical opinion she would only maybe need a CBC and liver function panel. She should have AFP an abdominal ultrasound at 6 month intervals so six months after her last AFP and ultrasound. This is not related to being on treatment but because she should be followed for her cirrhosis.

Fibroscan at this time would mean little. Maybe have one a year after she has completed treatment  or maybe 5 years after. Cirrhosis does not reverse quickly if it does at all.

Just to add I am not a medical person of any kind and as yag has said you should ask her doctor
