Is anyone taking or has taken epclusa, Harvoni or Sovaldi with dilantin or Topamax and is or was successful? I have a sizure disorder controlled by dilantin looking  for Hep C treatment. Please help.

Here is a link to a HCV medications interaction checker. In this case Topamax does not appear to be an issue but Dilantin (Phenytoin?) is not recommended due to potential for reduced plasma levels for both Sovaldi and Harvoni.

A quick check indicates that Dilantin is thought to negatively interact with most/all HCV meds. You and your doctor(s) can use this interactions checker to investigate alternatives to Dilantin that are effective for controlling your seizures while not interacting with the HCV medications.
