Most have suggested keeping properly hydrated helps ward off headaches. That is the normal recommended amount of 8 each 8 ounce glasses of liquid

note: does not have to be just water.

Your viral load test will likely be not detected but really on treatment viral load testing means little.

The only test that matters is your 12 week after treatment has ended test the test for SVR 12 (sustained virologic response at 12 weeks post treatment) if not detected on the SVR 12 test you are cured.

Best of luck on treatment

A couple of months ago I completed two months of Harvoni. I had extreme fatigue during treatment and a little depression but nothing serious. No headaches. Lab tests after two months revealed no viral load. After a few weeks after treatment my strength came back and now I feel really good. Just hang in there. It is worth the little side effects. Blessings.
