Just as the title says. Has anyone any thoughts on reinfecting yourself during treatment ? Like with a bloody razor blade or toothbrush frombleeding gums ?

Some people shared your concern and did change their personal hygiene products during treatment several times. Many others did not. There is no evidence of this occurring but if you want to no harm to buy a bunch of cheap disposable razors and tooth brushes if it makes you feel better.

Some others cleaned in bleach solution but make sure you rince adequately if you go this route.

I didn’t change anything other than as I would normally and was cured.

I shave every three days.

When I was on Tx, I used to leave my razor in either bleach or disinfectant.

I didn't have bleeding gums at all - but I sluiced my toothbrush a couple of times, total.

Just do what feels right, I reckon.

Some people take a few precautions just before finishing Tx.
