« on: August 14, 2011, 01:33:36 pm »
I'm starting my treatments on 12 september and would like to know if there is a place I can report how I feel, what's involved etc.

would anyone like to know about this as its going on?

I have genotype 2 and evidently the treatments are for 6 months.......not computer savy so I don't know how to start a blog. (I think that's it) and I'd like to stay anonymous...............

What a wonderful idea. Sharing your treatment experience would be so helpful for others.

It looks like this site has blogging capabilities although there is no one currently blogging. Maybe you can apply for the job!

It'll probably be a bit of therapy for me too, someplace I can vent, evidently some people have very short tempers on these meds.  I have one already and THAT makes me nervous.   LOL.

I'll try to do it...........maybe even get some suggestions myself from people who have been through it.

Hi Monkey...

Can we interest you in a blog on hepmag.com? I'd be happy to set you up with a blog of your own. If you're interested, please contact me directly!

I think this would be a VERY exciting prospect for you... for us... and for the hep community interested in reading a first-hand account of someone's treatment experiences.

Hi Monkey!

Just wondering how your first injection went.  Everything OK so far?  I'll be praying for you and Cathy Johnson (she's blogging through treatment).  Are you going to start a blog too?  I found a friend for life on-line by looking for someone going through the same thing I was....we started our treatments one month apart and literally carried each other at times.  It's good to communicate with people that now what you're going through right now....your moods and feelings will be pretty unpredictable!

Good luck,  Teresa

Thanks for your encouragement, and you can follow me on my blog.  Cathy and I are one and the same.

My treatments have been "postponed" until the doctor finds out why I have abdominal pain.  Could be my gall bladder and the specialist doesn't want to stop treatment in the middle so, I'm on hold until I see the surgeon next week.................
