Do I really need a report to tell me it is a good idea to exercise? Seems like a no brainer to me.

Thanks Dianna.

I find a nice brisk 15-20 minute walk in the morning helps me feel better all day long. Exercise doesn't have to be hard work in the gym to keep you feeling good.

I just moved into a new building and it has a gym in the basement. It is part of my rental costs so I'm really motivated to use it. It's been two weeks now and I've been running and working out every morning. I didn't think i could feel this good anymore. If you can swing, definitely work some exercise into your daily routine. You will feel so much better.
