I'm finishing 12 wks on Vosevi Sept 26. I have milk, tolerable SFX. I seem to get tired about 3 PM a lot, then I need a nap. It tended to dry out my GI tract and slow up my elimination. Drink lots of water. If you get SFX, try more water. Take your pill "about" the same time every day. I like mine with my mid day meal, since I eat only OMAD (one meal a day). It can be give or take an hour or so.  I felt a little achy last night, not bad. It's not bad at all and see my results below. I have 5 weeks to go on it.
Male -  HCV since 1982 - Born 1951 ~ Geno 1a

Did 8 weeks of Harvoni in 2015. Got normal AST & ALT and undetected VL by week 5, then relapsed 4 weeks post.
-----------------------------------------------------------
July 5, 2018 : began 12 weeks of Vosevi with a VL of 540,000 and AST & ALT of 65 and 105.
2 weeks in : AST 19, ALT 20
5 weeks in : AST 18, ALT 12, VL "<15 detected"
10 weeks in : AST 19, ALT 14, VL "<15 not detected"
4 weeks post : "<15 not detected"

The prescribing instructions says take it with food, once a day. I suggest taking it with the meal you are most likely to remember to take the pill with. I prefer morning for once daily pills since I eat breakfast at home daily.

If you put "vosevi" into the forum search field, you can find other posts about peoples' experiences.
