Undetectable
« on: January 08, 2014, 07:00:31 pm »
Hi everybody,

Today is a monumental day for me.  It is the first time i have ever cleared the virus and my second time on treatment.  I was first treated in 2010 with dual therapy and didn't respond so they stopped it after 4 months.  This time i am on triple therapy and at my 16 week lab check, i have done it!!! Don't get me wrong, i know that this may only be a short reprieve, but i am going to have today for me!!! Im crying as i type this, but really happy tears cause now i have hope again.

Wishing everyone healing thoughts,

Marilybn

Congrats!  I too cried when I heard I was UD during treatment. One, it is really great news, and two, the damn drugs make you emotional as hell!  Just looked back and see you did 12 weeks of Incivek.  Good to be off that drug I know. How many weeks of dual therapy are they planning?  48 total?  Remember, ibuprofin is your best friend!

I and everyone here is pulling for you to get cured, so do keep us informed, and ask questions if you want. We know what you are going through is not fun, so keep focused on the goal and time will pass quickly.
