First VL Results
« on: April 24, 2015, 05:19:33 pm »
So I just heard from my doc that after being on Harvoni for 4 weeks, my viral load county went from 5.2 mil to 36. Which is significant but I was hoping for the undetectable VL count.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so, what was the follow protocol?

Don't worry about the 4 week VL - it does not correlate with final outcome (plus those are great numbers!).

Best wishes, Mike

Yippee!! Thanks for your input, Mike. It's a bit of a nerve racking situation waiting for the first results but I am encouraged by what you've written and what others have to say. My doc says we'll probably take another VL in a month but for now.....looks like I'm on my way  :)
