From what I have read?? the cost of the treatment in Canada is 54,000?  I was turned down by Gillead ( they did give me a one time coupon) for support and now I need to fill another two months.   If I could save by flying to a University Hospital in Canada and filling the prescription… I will.    Sounds easier said than done.    Could it really be that much cheaper??

( turned down 3 times by insurance-  gutted the equity in my house so I am self pay)

Happy to meet other folks going through the same journey…. tired of the shame and the disease,

Have you tried any of the patient assistance programs listed on Hep's website http://www.hepmag.com/articles/hepatitis_paps_copays_20506.shtml or Help 4 Hep  877‑Help‑4‑Hep (877‑435‑7443)? They may have some ideas.
