Harvoni Week 4 Blood Tests and I'm Clear!!!!

I know its only my 4th week blood tests but my Liver enzymes are back to normal and viral load is negative ( was 2.7million).I'm actually starting week 9 of Harvoni treatment. I know its not the big test at 12wks post treatment, but I"ll take this as a very positive  first step .

1976: contracted hep B, likely co-infected with HCV
2007: diagnosed
2011: accepted into clinical trial, dropped out when the required biopsy resulted in a huge hematoma
Genotype: 1a
Fibrosis: 1
Start of treatment with V-Pak and RIBA: 6/25/2015
ALT at start=31; AST at start=24
HCV RNA at start=18,188,000 IU/mL; HCV Log 10=7.260
ALT at 2 weeks=13; AST at 2 weeks=13
HCV RNA at 2 weeks=50 IU/mL; HCV Log 10=1.699
HCV RNA at 8 weeks=Undetected

 EOT4 I was clear not detected,  i was wondering if it make a big difference if i took my blood test 1 day early do to the weather and work this is the big 12 EOT  test btw O_O,
Diagnosed in 08, 1a first TX 08 was Boceprevir, cleared but relapse while still on TX 2nd TX 2010  Telaprevir nonresponder both combination with PEG/riba. 3 TX Harvoni started 1/22/15 doing 12 weeks finished 04/16/15
