Overall, a LOT better than I expected.

Anyone having anxiety of starting over the possible sides, STOP READING THE INTERNET, and just take the meds.

You will be fine. (assuming you are in decent shape starting out)

Of course everybody reacts differently, but these new HEP-C meds aren't that bad. And 12 weeks is not that long!

Here here boatguy,

As bad as the old meds (peg/riba) were for horrible side effects, i would have taken them and endured the consequences if they had the success numbers of Viekira, Harvoni etc.  I was pretty lucky, my sides were not too bad, however i did have some bouts (especially early on) of some pretty uncomfortable effects.  But, I was so happy to have the chance to once and for all after 40 freaking years to be rid of the crap...I was like, bring it on bitches!!  I also felt like the meds were working and took the sides as sort of a healing crisis.  Now grant it, some folks are really getting hit hard.  This forum is a place to feel comfortable just talking through any fears or difficulty.   We are lucky indeed.  peace all
