Hey Karin and welcome to the forum! It appears you've already found the correct screen under "Profile". As for your birth year, it is the first number of the three, not the third and needs to be input as a full year, ie. 1960, vs. 60.

I hope this helps! FT
Treatment naive
Likely contracted mid-70s
Diagnosed 1a, 2011

Hi again -- Under "Forum Profile" there is a profile form, and it looks like in the "Signature" box you have put in your request for help in navigating the site, the sentence under the solid line on your post. You don't have to fill in the entire form; I just filled out the personalized picture (avatar), personal text, which will show up under your avatar (mine is "onward and upward!), etc.  Scroll down to the signature box and delete your sentence asking for help.  Then, most of us share the following:
Genotype, when infected &/or when diagnosed, fibrosis score, treatment naïve or experienced, which medication to treat the HCV used, viral load and ALT and AST lab results. It's a bit hard to explain but I hope this helps! FT
