One thing at a time.

First do the additional testing to confirm you are currently infected you may have only been exposed at some time in the past and may not have hep c now some people (about 25% can beat the virus on their own) so you may not even have hep c now.

Then if you do have hep c your doctor will determine which is the best medicine for you and give you a prescription. Many doctors have people on staff to help you get covered by your insurance. If you get denied you have the right to appeal.

If still denied you can get an independent review many here have done so and been able to get medicine. There are also groups that can help you get treatment.

So there are ways to get medicine but worrying about things that have not happened yet serves no purpose.

Take a deep breath and let it out slowly and one step at a time.

You will get through this we can help

Good luck
