Hello folks,
I'm a 52 yo male with cirrhosis who failed Harvoni with Rib. I'm still compensated and hopeful for cure this year. My doc trying to get epclusa and rib approved. Just frustrated. This will be my fourth treatment

Hi pmrad and welcome.
If it helps I treated 3 times with interferon based treatment the first time was interferon monotherapy with 3 shots of interferon a week with no other medicines duration 6 months.

I was a null responder to those treatments my viral load actually increased on treatment.

I also treated with sovaldi and olysio for 12 weeks. I was not detected at end of treatment (EOT) but was found to have relapsed 12 weeks after treatment ended.

I next treated with Harvoni for 24 weeks and ribavirin for 15 or those weeks. I am now clear of hep c for almost 2 years now post EOT. This was my 5th treatment. Just to add I was diagnosed with cirrhosis on a liver biopsy in January 2008.
So my point is if I can be cured you can be cured too.

Best of luck to you
Lynn
