hep c while pregnant, just started treatment

hi, i've found out i had hep c while pregnant with my first child. had 2 kids while hep c positive. both c sections and both have been tested a few times and are negative. just started treatment 8 weeks ago so hopefully soon i'll be in the clear too. good luck!

Yes, good luck! This was interesting enough to become its own topic and allow forum members to comment or ask questions. Let us know how treatment goes and subsequent test results.

Hi Mimi congrats on starting treatment and so glad your children are testing negative for the virus I can't imagine what a relief that must be!

Hi Mimi. I contracted unknowingly Thur a blood transfusion when I was a few weeks pregnant. My daughter is hep C positive and completed treatment about 3 years ago with sovaldi ,interferon and ribovirin if I not mistaken. Was cured thank God. I've just completed my first week. May your treatment journey be smooth.
