Back after Harvey flood
« on: May 28, 2018, 09:11:25 am »
Hello to All the Warriors of Heplandia! 8) I am back in My house after about nine months repair and rebuilding after the flood from Hurricane Harvey. Lost a lot after the house flooded. Been working full time and getting things back to a reasonable facsimile of normal around here. Just got a replacement up to date computer since the old one cratered , not to mention Windows Home Vista was no longer supported on My antiqued pedal powered lap top I inherited ten years ago! :o  Feeling pretty decent considering all that I have been through recently. Worn out big time as well as having some major joint pain and severe tinnitus in My left ear. Been sucking it up and doing what needs to be done to return to Life.  Have not been to the Doctors the last nine months , been so busy that I have not had time to do so.  Calling to make appointment I found out that My Gastro has retired , now need to find his replacement. Getting set up for labs and appt. for My Internist to get a full Liver panel , blood work , and check up so I can get back on My blood pressure meds. and get an a regular schedule.      Thanx to Beto & Gnatty for the PMs and well wishes & prayers. Trying to get back up to speed on the Forums is going to take a while. But at least now I can take a breather and relax a little, except that hurricane season is back upon Us! >:( :o ??? Oh well!!! Here We go!                                                                                         Will get back with any new details as the come in.                                                                 ;D

Good to hear from you Tommy! Glad you're back in your house at last. Sounds like a huge job to rebuild it.

Take care,
