Immune or not?
« on: November 11, 2015, 06:26:05 am »
Hello,

I have a rheuma sickness and had to do a quantiferon test to see if i can use tnf blocker. Then they saw accidently that i had long ago contact with hbv.
My doc is telling me that i dont have to worry but that probably it will be a risk to use tnf blocker so hepatitis could come again.

Does this results mean that i had long ago a hepatitis b that is "cured" now? :(

Hbs-AG negative
Hbs-AB 8 / < 10
Hbc-AB positive
Hb DNA Pcr quant < 10 / <10

HBV DNA not detectable.

Thanks so much for your help.
